Louise Jenkins has served as Acting General Counsel and Head of Ethics & Business Integrity at Emirates Global Aluminium since 2025, and leads the company’s legal and compliance functions and serves on the Executive Committee.

Mrs Jenkins joined EGA in 2020. Over her time at the company, she has advised on a wide range of matters including corporate development, finance, M&A, energy, disputes and human capital, supporting both operational priorities and long-term strategy. She also works closely with EGA’s shareholders, Board members, and executive leadership.

Mrs Jenkins has more than 20 years of international legal experience, including 14 years in the UAE. She is dual-qualified in England and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining EGA, Mrs Jenkins was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer LLP in London and Dubai, advising clients on complex transactions and regulatory matters.

Mrs Jenkins holds a masters degree in Law from the University of Cambridge, and has completed an executive education programme with HEC Paris.
