Dr. Feras Allan
Senior Vice President Product & Casting Operations
Dr Feras Allan is Senior Vice President Product & Casting Operations at EGA.
Dr Allan joined EGA’s predecessor, DUBAL, in 2004 as a Technical Project Engineer. In 2008, after various promotions, he was appointed General Manager Product & Casting Operations, responsible for all DUBAL’s product and casting operations in Jebel Ali.
In 2016, Dr Allan was promoted to Senior Vice President Product & Casting Operations, in charge of EGA’s product and casting operations in both Jebel Ali and Al Taweelah.
From 1998 to 2004, Dr Allan worked for the German engineering company, Amstral, in various engineering and sales roles, with focus on European chemical, automotive, shipbuilding and aerospace industries.
Dr. Allan holds a PhD in Chemical & Process Engineering from Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. From 1993 to 1998, he also worked in the university’s department of Research & Development.
