As the largest industrial company in the UAE outside oil and gas, Emirates Global Aluminium aims to be an attractive employer, providing opportunities for our people to develop their skills and reach their potential in a work environment conducive to success.
EGA is dedicated to the development of all employees. This includes giving appropriate focus to the development of UAE Nationals.
Employees at EGA are provided with individual development plans and opportunities to enhance their qualifications through structured management and leadership development programmes and technical courses.
These include facilitator-led programmes, e-learning, text-and computer-based learning and external courses.
Employees at EGA can also apply for scholarships to increase their qualifications in relevant disciplines, either on a part-time or full-time basis, at local or international universities.
EGA maintains a competitive salary structure and ensures that it is aligned with the business’s needs.

On-site accommodation is available at EGA in Jebel Ali for UAE National employees and trainees at nonsupervisory level who reside in distant locations (Al Ain and Al Gharbia regions of Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah; and the Eastern Region, Kalba, Khorfakan and Dibba regions of Sharjah).
On-site accommodation is also provided to the majority of our expatriate employees.
Our accommodation – which overlooks the shoreline – comprises furnished rooms, equipped with WiFi and television.
The rooms are set in a well-established residential complex offering outstanding recreation and living amenities. These include a football field, a cricket pitch, a swimming pool, a squash court, tennis courts, badminton courts, basketball courts, a gymnasium and more.
All the facilities are fully serviced and maintained by EGA and standard meals are served in an Asian canteen.
